This project is the first of its kind within Australia. Consisting of 230 containers, six storeys high were being used as student Accommodation. The Hydraulic package was a total design & Construct with the external work associated with the relocation of the authorities 300mm DICL water main. As well as a pipe burst for enlargement of a 150mm to 250mm sewer main for Actew AGL.

Lavender Lane is a preschool in the Gungahlin ACT district, with a hard dollar delivery method. The project was awarded to CPS by one of our loyal builders who we have had co-operative relations with over many years. A reasonably simple project and very good completion results for all concerned.

Our association with the school started with the provision of hydraulic services to the initial set of classrooms and continued to include further classrooms, the administration building, science classrooms, workshop facilities and the gymnasium.
An ACT Government initiative to introduce large schools into the territory with all classes from Kindergarten through to year 12 college. A challenging project due to time constraints, however CPS as one of the head contractors worked very closely with the construction manager and his team to achieve the deadlines required to allow the school to commence operations on time. CPS were only responsible for the above ground hydraulics
A unique development comprising 10 tennis courts and amenities covered by a space structure of aluminum and fabric, which required special attention to the stormwater runoff and site retention for irrigation re-use.
